Each piece can be made a little more personal. We offer customisation across selected colours, finishes and design details, depending on the piece.

Production & Shipping

Each piece is made to order and prepared individually in our studio.

Please allow approximately:

• 3–4 business days for production
• 1–2 business days for UK delivery
• Up to 7 business days for international delivery

Production times may vary slightly for customised or more complex pieces.

Product Care

Our 3D-printed pieces are made with plant-based resin and should be handled with care. Due to the nature of the material and construction, damaged resin components may not be repairable.

Avoid bending, dropping or placing pressure on delicate areas, and store your jewellery separately when not in use.

If your order arrives damaged in transit, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will arrange a suitable replacement or refund for the affected piece or component.
