We use UPS for all international orders to ensure reliable and efficient shipping. Please note that as the recipient of the package, you may be responsible for any duties, taxes, or fees associated with the shipment. These charges are beyond our control and vary depending on your country's regulations.
Handling Fragile and Spiky Items:
- Some of our products may be fragile and have spiky elements. It is essential to handle these items with extra care to prevent any damage or injury. We take great care in packaging these delicate items to ensure they arrive in pristine condition. However, any damage caused by mishandling, improper care, or forceful impact will not be eligible for return or refund.
- In the event that you receive a damaged item due to transit, please notify us within 3 days of receiving your order. We will promptly arrange for a replacement and new shipping, ensuring you receive the item in perfect condition.
Returns:
